Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By ordering from Content Geeks or using www.contentgeeks.club, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Services we provide

Content Geeks provides content writing and SEO services including:

• Hybrid AI + Human Content Writing
• Unanswered Niche Keyword Research
• Fully AI-Written Content
• 100% Human-Written Content
• SEO Optimization for Content
• Local SEO Content Writing

Each order specifies the creation tier, SEO level, word count, and delivery date. Those order details, together with these terms, form the agreement between us.

3. Pricing and payment

Published rates are benchmark ranges quoted in US dollars per 1,000-word article. The exact price for your order is confirmed before work begins. Payment is taken at checkout unless you are on an agreed retainer with invoiced terms.

• Rush delivery adds a 50% premium on AI and hybrid orders
• Rush delivery is not available on 100% human-written orders
• Retainers of 4, 8, or 12 articles per month carry volume discounts confirmed at the time of agreement
• Paid strategy consultation fees are credited in full toward your first article or retainer purchase

4. Delivery timelines

Standard delivery is 48 hours for fully AI orders, five days for hybrid orders, and eight days for 100% human orders. Timelines begin when the brief is confirmed, not when payment is received. Where a brief is incomplete, the timeline starts once the missing information is supplied.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one round of revisions against the agreed brief, requested within 14 days of delivery. Changes that alter the brief, the topic, or the target keyword are treated as new work and quoted separately.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled without charge before drafting begins. Once work has started, cancellation is charged pro rata for work completed. Retainers may be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice before the next billing date.

7. Ownership of work

On full payment, all rights in the delivered content transfer to you. We do not resell or repurpose client work, and we do not publish it as a sample without your written permission. Research briefs you commission are also yours to keep and use.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, source material, and factual details
• Confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights
• Review deliverables before publication
• Take responsibility for regulatory, legal, or compliance review where your industry requires it

9. Results and performance

We produce content built to rank and convert, and we are transparent about realistic timelines. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search results depend on factors outside our control, including competitor activity and search engine algorithm changes.

10. Limitation of liability

Content Geeks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Our writers and editors are bound by confidentiality terms covering client briefs, documents, and interview material.

12. Intellectual property on this site

Text, graphics, logos, and images on www.contentgeeks.club are the property of Content Geeks and protected by copyright, except where content has been delivered and transferred to a client.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted and apply to orders placed after that date. Orders already in progress are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Content Geeks is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
